Besides the sunny day, Margaret seemed to have had a hand in organising the day. When an ice-cream van turned up uninvited as we all thought, we learnt from the man that Margaret had in fact organised him back in January, unknown to anyone else!! It was a lovely touch, and the hot sunshine was very definitely ice-cream weather!
A personal glimpse of daily life at the Ash Tree Stables at Holton Lee (the home of the East Holton Driving Centre) near Poole in Dorset, a carriage driving centre for disabled adults. Written contributions from other helpers or disabled carriage drivers about their impressions or experiences very welcome. Just email me: jon.colvile at gmail.com Left click on an image to enlarge.
