Valentine Trust Gift

We're In The Echo!
From left : Marmite, Martin, Denise, John, Tim, Mrs Scott, myself, David Westbrook.
The official Echo photo followed by my photo taken later.

Mrs Scott, representing the Valentine Trust, seen here with Tim Worner, our secretary, and John Newell aboard the new "Tramper" electric buggy for escort duty generously donated by the Valentine Trust, a charitable trust based in Poole.
Some of our volunteer helpers find that escorting the drives on a bicycle is a bit too much so this electric buggy is an absolute godsend!
Made by Salisbury based Beamer Limited, the Tramper electric scooter is unlike anything you will see in the high street.
The "Tramper" is a real outdoor activity electric buggy designed specifically to cover rough ground, mud and grass safely. Holton Lee provide several of these machines for their guests to explore the 350 acres of the estate and they are well used!
For more information about these wonderful buggies visit www.tramper.co.uk

The weather for this month is making it very difficult to get any regular driving established and, with the ground so wet, we tend to use the road more than usual. Jean followed by Nigel take their first drive out of the new season in bright sunshine but with a keen NW wind making it very chilly.
