Meet Brydee

Brydee is a 14 year old mare belonging to Erica and Chris from Corfe Mullen that has been offered to us on loan. She is settling in very nicely and we are looking forward to trying her out when she has got to know us a bit better and we can make time for her in a very busy season just now. She has met the boys over the fence so far, but we will take our time before she joins them in the big field.

Brydee has a very gentle and sweet nature so we're sure she will be an excellent complement to the two young boys, Jerry and Wills.

Meet "Deerdrie" ( aptly named by Gill!)

Deerdrie has been joining our two boys and Elfin for breakfast regularly for some time this year before returning to the woods to lay up for the day. She has been a loner for over a year now, probably due to the fact that she is lame in a hind leg, and she became very thin during the winter. However, she is looking much healthier now. Perhaps it has something to do with the company she keeps??
